Just a trip down the aisle!

Is it just a trip down the isle? Or the journey to the preverbal love
of your life? It’s not like were talking about a yearly summer vacation!
Casually taken, quickly forgotten. Either way it won’t be just your
bridal radiance that takes every ones breath away, it’s the parsley
on the plate, its what sets that stage for your entrance, the path
way to the alter will also be imbedded in everyone’s mind, in both
yours and your grooms memories forever, as well as the promises
told at that destination at the end of the pathway, every detail
surrounding your vows will be remembered. To put it simply the
planning of your wedding day and how everything will look is not
just planning the flowers and lacey event  but you’re Creating
romance and memory’s and enfaces on the promises made in
hopes they will not to so carelessly be forgotten.
So Flowers, bows or???
…just keep it simple?
The aisle at your wedding doesn’t have to look like a reenactment
of princess Di’s to create that scene. Decorating the pews and or
the isle can add drama, elegance, fragrance, color and yes,
romance to the stage your setting at the church that will inevitably
show off your beauty.
Some of the more popular isle décor of late are the petal confetti
lined path way and / or the simple but effective single flower,
like the a gerbera daisy, one standard calla lily, or a single bloom
of hydrangea tied with a wide sheer organza ribbon with a more
stylized bow with only one loop on each side and then furling
down to the floor. These simple but elegant treatments are
not only striking on first glance but will Impact of all who attend.
They are an inexpensive alternative to the dated paper/satin
pot bow type pew adornment or the cookie cutter nosegay
style flowers on a plastic clip.
Another but more elaborate tribune to the pew is the contemporary
round spear of flowers or the pomander. It hangs in the isle way
ether from the pew itself or from a metal candle hold attached to
the side of the pew, or can be a self standing stand/holder
standing right next to the pews or even a plant hanger
garden stake in an out door wedding. This kind of ornament
can be use by it self or accompanied with petal confetti or
added to with the draping of organza, silky, or tulle fabric
hanging between the pews or chairs framing and defining
the isle to your ceremony setting.
To achieve this ball-o-flower look you must choose a flower
that is not so water sensitive like the inexpensive white or
lime green chrysanthemum, or the mid range rose or
hydrangea, or go all out with striking and fragrant
stephanotis, there are lots of flowers suitable for this
design, the choice is up to you how dressy and formal
or how casual and simple you want your wedding to look.
Other ideas include ornamental cones of flowers, pots,
buckets, or a wreath that hang from a ribbon around the
end of the pew or chair, a short garden stake with flowers,
pliers with a treatment, candle holder with candle rings or
hanging flowers or of course a more traditional bow or tear
drop of flowers on the end of the pews.
